Dominique Stephens

Participant Panel member

Dominique has been a member of the Participant Panel since 2016 after she entered into the 100,00 Genomes Project to try to find the cause of a rare genetic condition. Dominique has since received a diagnosis through the project which has had a positive impact for both her and her family and has helped to ensure she gets the appropriate monitoring and treatment that she needs. Dominique has a passion for helping others, supporting various charities related to her condition and enjoys working with the Participant Panel to ensure the patient voice is heard. In her day job Dominique works as a Project Manager for the NHS and so brings her stakeholder engagement, problem solving and analytical skills to the Panel.
