Dr Charlotte Brierley

Therapeutic Innovation and Trials Lead

Dr Charlotte Brierley is an Academic Clinical Lecturer in haematology at the Weatherall Institute of Molecular Medicine, University of Oxford. She completed a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research Fellowship focused on the mechanisms of leukemic transformation in myeloproliferative neoplasms under the supervision of Professor Adam Mead and Dr Bethan Psaila in Oxford, and a research fellowship in computational oncology in Dr Elli Papaemmanuil’s laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She is a current TRTH scholar, incoming editor for ASH News Daily, and contributing editor to The Hematologist. Her research uses single-cell and multi-omics approaches to understand clonal evolution, treatment resistance, and therapeutic opportunity in myeloid malignancies.
