Join us for an evening of breakthrough science and networking with nibbles and drinks provided!
The event will be held at the swimming pool room at Wallacespace st pancras. (No cloakroom provided)
Our programme for the evening will feature short talks by Genomic England and AWS speakers on studying the application of foundational models to predict the functional impact of missense variants, outlier detection models for DNA sample quality control, implementing and improving on the publicly available porpoise model in the AWS environment for cancer survival prediction, endpoint prediction from pathology features and AWS Omics.
